What we collect, and why.

Short version: the site collects what you type into it, nothing more, and we use it only to reply to you. Effective 2026-10-25.

What this site collects

Only what you give us.

When you book a discovery session, the booking runs on Calendly. Calendly stores the name, email address, and time you choose under its own privacy policy, and sends the same details to us so we can hold the slot.

When you use the Lab, the questions you type are sent to our intake agent so it can answer. We keep the conversation so we can read it before a discovery session and improve the agent. Do not paste customer data, passwords, or anything confidential into it.

When you sign up for stories or news, we keep your email address to send them. Every message has an unsubscribe link. [CONFIRM: newsletter provider name once chosen]

How we use it

To reply to you. Not to sell to anyone.

We use what you send to answer your question, prepare for a conversation with you, and send the stories you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Hosting logs record the pages requested and the requesting address for a limited time, as every web host does. [CONFIRM: analytics tool, if any, and its retention]

Consulting engagements are governed by their own agreements, which cover client data separately from this site.
